Are items refundable?

• All items are exchangeable for another piece or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

How accurate are the pictures/videos?

• Every picture and video posted is of the real item. Actual colors may slightly differ from the listed media due to normal changes in pictures. 

I am unable to figure out my size, or whether the piece would fit me.

• Each garment can be altered to a smaller size and most to a larger size as well, based on the amount of extra material. The size listed on each product page is a general range, but it can vary. 
• If you have concerns about a particular piece please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you to determine whether or not the piece can be fit to your size!
